It happened in the town of Dąbie, on July 14th, 1828, at 7 p.m.
There appeared Michał Bosim, a farmer, 43 years old and Jan Doberstein, a farmhand, 22 years old, both living in Łąbędź Holendry and they declared that on that day, at 2 p.m., Marcin Doberszteyn (as the surname was written in this document) died in Łabędź Holendry, a 19 years old cloth-making journeyman, a son of ...[left blank], luźniak [ a day laborer without land or property].
After having convinced myself of the death of Marcin Doberszteyn, this Act was read to the declarant, the second of whom was the deceased's brother, and was signed by Us, as the others were illiterate.
