Hello:
I was very fortunate to find the birth record of my great grandmother, which I have attached.
However, I am unable to translate the document, so I was hoping that somebody on this forum could provide a translation.

Date of the record: October, 1st, 1864
Declarant (usually the father): Frydrych Kirsch, 36
Witness: Emil Lachelt (?), 25 and Pior Frantzke, 29
Date of birth: September, 26
Mother's name: Julyanna Wolkenstein, 35
Child's name: Maryanna Matylda
Godparents: Emil (as above) and Maryanna Lehmann
