Das Kolonisationswerk Josefs II in Galizien by Ludwig Schneider is supposed to be a great reference for getting information on the colonists that settled many of the towns in Western Galicia at the behest of the Austrian government.
I've been able locate a scanned copy online, but it's all in German..
Does anyone know if there is an English translation of this resource available? Does anyone have experience with the book and what type of information is contained therein?
