Post subject: Help with translating Baptism Certificate
I need help translating the attached Baptism Certificate. The certificate is my grandmother's, Veronica Krystofek. I think it is in Polish and Latin. This is my father's mother. I am trying to trace my father's lineage. My grandfather was Andrew Prokuski. We are not sure where my grandfather came from as he refused to talk about his past. On his naturalization papers he listed Austria-Hungary has his birth place. But he was also known to list Prussia or Poland. I only have one photograph of him, his wedding picture. He refused to have any other photos taken. Any help with the translation would be appreicated. Thanks.
