I was given this attached baptism record for some research I was requesting. It definitely looks like it is a microfilm and should be listed on familysearch.org

I am unable to determine which set of records (or place) to look in to find it there.

It may be possible if someone else recognizes some of the other places of the baptisms that it could help tell me which county or place to find it?

Thank you

I see Zylice as one of the villiages. Use pilot.pl (easy to remember, but it redirects to another url) mapping website. Another village is Ujazd. Parish could be Kiszkowo. Unfortunately the baptisms for 1839 on familysearch are only on microflm https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/735498
