I have wondered if this was some sort of arranged marriage but they didn't get married until 1902 in Chicago. The marriage certificate from the church is the oldest document I can find on either of them at this point. I have been able to obtain family tree information on him going back to his grandfather Sebastian Tenczar. I have no information on her parents, Adam Januszek and Frances Tenczar. Do these names or villages sound familiar to anyone. I am very limited in my knowledge of Poland. I only learned of their home villages last summer. |
