Jędrzejczyk, Jędrzejczak, Jędr- (the second is "e" with a hook below - "ę"); from the first name Jędrzej variant form of Andrzej, English Andrew.

Both surnames are among first 1000 most popular surnames in Poland. In 2002 there were 9307 people using the surname Jędrzejczyk. The most lived in Radomsko (543), Lodz (380) and in Warsaw (302).
