Does anyone know why I can't order Lipnica Murowana, Lipnica Gorna, and Lipnica Dolna LDS birth, marriage and death microfilms. They exist and are part of their site, however, they are not available for loan. It may have somehting to do with copyrights.

Does anyone know if there is a way to get these records (other than travleing to Salt Lake City)?

It might have to do with privacy laws. Read through this thread here at Polish Origins:

Microfilms containing records newer than 100 years are restricted due to Polish privacy laws.
