Hello everyone. A few years ago I found my Great-Grandfather's Dowod Osobisty in one of my relative's home. I took some photos just in case I ever needed it. Well, today is that day and apparently they misplaced the document so all I have are the photos. Is there any way to request to some authority to search for the document in their archives?
