Post subject: letter from USC
Odpowiadając na Pana pismo w sprawie odszukania aktu małżeństwa na nazwisko X i Y uprzejmie informuję że w latach od 1922 do 1938 w naszych aktach odnowano małżeństwa na te nazwiska
1. adresat
2. aa
from what I was able to understand they have found the document
but besides from this note sent to me by post nothing was attached....
In the original request I sent to them I asked them to find a marriage certificate
from here on how can I obtain the document?
I understood from things I read on the internet that I have to pay in order to recieve it. is it ture and if so how many zloty I need to send with my next letter? because it didn't say the amount on the internet

Usually USC would provide vital records only to members of immediate family, and you have to prove it.
Did you provide them full name and surnames of bride and groom?
Did you include your mailing address? Some USCs and APs do not reply by email or if a mailing address is not provided.
No idea what "2. aa" stands for; never seen that before.

I send them the letter by post and they replied me by post (not email) so they had my address
I provided them only the surnames and not the full because we were not sure regarding of the spelling
I wrote on the letter that they were my family members
what do you recommed I need to do next?

Is this the full answer you received? Have you trascribed it all? Or it seems they might have omitted something. It says: Answering your request for finding marriage record for surnames X and Y we kindly inform that in years 1922-1938 we found* a marriage with these surnames .
* "odnotowano małżeństwa" means "found marriages" but this information makes no sense as they dod not give any more details and did not say what you should do next (pay, prove relationship, etc.). Instead I think they omitted "nie" before "odnotowano małżeństwa". In this case it would mean "did not find any marriage". I would write them and ask them what they mean in fact.
aa means "ad acta", one copy of the letter sent to "adresat" (you) and one sayed in the archive.
