Hello,
could someone please translate the Polish marriage document of my ancestors Krystian Dettmann and Elisabeth Dawid from 1823?
You can find it under the following link:

Hi Torsten,
I don't have time to translate this marriage record now. You will find the most important things here.
Marriage date: 8.11.1823 at 3 p.m.
Marriage place: Holendry Czermieńskie parish Czermno
Groom: Krystian Detman, a bachelor, 19 years old, a son of Elżbieta (now Petelka), living with his mother in Rumunki Troszyńskie, the father is dead, his name is not given.
Bride: Elżbieta Dawid, 21 years old, a daughter of Jan (father is not alive) and Eleonora, living with his mother in Borki.
Two banns of marriage: on October 19th and 26th.
Witnesses: Marcin Cylka 30 years old, Michał Detman 32 years old, Jan Detman 26 years old, Jan Dawid (the bride's brother), all farmers in Olszynki Troszyńskie.
In Genetyka I found 2 indexes. First is the death record of Bogusław Detman, Krystian's father. Then you have the father's name which was missing in his marriage record. The second is his mother's marriage record. Both from 1811.
