On my grandmother's manifest she is listed as coming from Raki, Russia. I know that Poland was occupied by Russia at that time. Would someone be able to tell me something about this area and what large town it may be near?

Would you mind telling me her name, surname, year and port of arrival?
Manifests were transcribed by volunteers and mistakes happened, even when the handwritigin was clear.
