Hi. My great-grandfather - Jan Habina- immigrated to the US from Dzianisz. I did find his name on the list you posted. I have found more info of how he came - the ship's manifest - I was wondering.. it seems like many people from this town immigrated to the US. Do you know the possible reason why they would around that time? Was it to avoid WW1? or other reasons.

Also, I am looking to find out more information on his family (parents/siblings). Do you know of any records there that I could find?

Thanks,
Fiona
