I need some help with the translation of this marriage record from Biała Podlaska. I tried using the guidelines but I'm still not having any luck. I don't even recognize their names Sad Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I'm trying my hand at translating this birth record. It's record #62. Can someone tell me if I have the date correct. I think he was born on 13 Jul 1853.

Franciszek Kapszukiewicz, 21 years old, a single man, born and living with his parents in Biała town, son of spouses: Piotr Kapszukiewicz and Józefa Kapszukiewicz nee Kroszczyńska, Biała town citizens

If front of Us, Kozienice parish parson, serving as Civil Registrar, appeared: Ankiel Mordkowicz, 20 years old, shop-keeper from Kozienice and presented Us a male child, born yesterday in his house number 151, at night, at 11 p.m. and declared that the child is born with him and his wife Frymet nee Nahman, 28 years old and his wish is to name this child Izrael Abraham.
We wrote down this act in the presence of Kiszel Abrahamowicz and Kielman Majorowicz, shop-keeper, both of age from Kozienice.
We read aloud this act clearly and it was signed by Us and the present.
