Hello, I am seeking a translation of the following 1890 marriage record of Jan Grezlachowski and Josefa Igła from Podlesie Kościelne. I understand the Latin headers, but I'm having difficulty with the Polish handwriting for this record. I am most interested in where Josefa is from.

Thank you.
