The translation follow.

79. Jackany, birth certificate of Stanisław Krutul
It happened in the village of Udrija on May 22nd, 1864 at 4 p.m.
Appeared Stanisław Krutul, a farmer, living in the village of Jackany, 24 years old, in the presence of Klemens Krutul, 45 years old and Maciej Balkiewicz, 40 years old, both farmers living in the village of Jackany, and presented Us a male infant child, informing that the child was born in the village of Jackany on 20th day of the current month at 7 p.m. to his wife, Dominika Balkiewicz, 22 years old.
At The Holy Baptism, held today by priest Mateusz Kasiulewicz, the child was given the name Stanisław, and the godparents were Piotr Mikulski and Maryanna Maksztuc.
This act was read to the declarant and the witnesses, and it was signed by Us only, the declarants were illiterate.
X. Piotr ?, the parish-priest of Udrija, serving as Civil Registrar.

Yes absolutely. I have seen a lot of Klemens and his family when I checked the church records. I think they are brothers.

It happened in the settlement of Myszyniec, on July 29th, 1940, at 12 a.m.
Appeared Aleksander Gołaś, 35 years old and Franciszek Gołaś, 43 years old, the farmers from Cięćk and they declared that in Cięćk, Myszyniec commune, yesterday at 12 o'clock at night, died Józef Gołaś, a widower of Anna née Modrak, 76 years old, a son of Józef and Ewa née Lis, the Gołaś spouses, who was born in Cięćk and living there.

Hi all,

While researching my grandma's ancestral roots ("Fialkowski") I stumbled on this baptism record from Lwów. Link: http://agadd.home.net.pl/metrykalia/301/sygn.%20820/pages/PL_1_301_820_0129.htm I have a hard time deciphering the content of this record as I lack any basic understanding of Latin. The only thing I understand are the names of the child (Stanislaw Marcus) and parents (Jan Fialkowski & Karolina Dubaniewicz). + some recognizable Latin words such as filius etc. Replies are much appreciated.

This document was written in Russian, and the note in the margin in Polish.

It happened in Łyse on April 14th / 27th, 1902, at 1 p.m.
Appeared Józef Kulis, 56 years old, a farmer, living in the village Toczek in the presence of Józef Trzciński, 40 years old and Franciszek Parzich, 30 years old, the farmers, living in the village Toczek and presented Us a male infant child, informing that the child was born in the village Toczek on April 12th / 25th of the current year, at 10 a.m. to his wife, Marianna nee Lipka, 40 years old.
At The Holy Baptism, held today, the child was given the name Franciszek, and the godparents were: Franciszek Lipka and Marianna his wife.
This act was read to the declarant and the witnesses, who all were illiterate, and it was signed by Us.
Administrator of the parish of Łyse, serving as Civil Registrar.
Priest Ludwik ? (illegible surname)

Note in the margin:
Franciszek Kulis entered into marriage in the parish church in Myszyniec on February 9th, 1926 with Helena Gołaś, a miss. Illegible signature
