It happened in the village of Lipniki, on November 27th, 1938, at 3 p.m.
Appeared Walenty Rolka, a farmer, 42 years old and Stanisław Surawski, a Carpenter, 37 years old, both living in Lipniki and they declared Us that on November 25th of the current year, at 11 p.m., died in Lipniki Rozalia Madrak, a widow, a worker, who was born on December 20th 1865 in Tartak and lived in Lipniki, a daughter of the spouses: Onufry Parzycha and Katarzyna Parzycha nee Wiśniewska.
After convinced myself about the death of Rozalia Madrak this act was read to the declarants and it was signed signed by Us and them.
The signatures of the Civil Registrar and the witnesses.

Appeared Adam Szczawiński, 55 years old and Stanisław Malinowski, 40 years old, farmers from Romany and they declared Us that yesterday, died in Romany, at 3 p.m.: Wawrzyniec Samełko, a farmer, 97 years old, a son of the late Samełko spouses: Antoni Samełko and Marianna Samełko nee Trzonkowska, who was born in Ławsk located in the parish of Wąsosz, a widower after the late Józefa nee Bzura.
After convinced myself about the death of Wawrzyniec Samełko this act was read to the declarants and it was signed by Us and them.

A. Szczawiński,
S. Malinowski.

Appeared Jan Moczul, 29 years old and Jan Krajewski, 40 years old, farmers from Romany and they declared that yesterday, at 9 a.m., died in Romany Mikołaj Samełko, 85 years old, a farmer, a son of the late Samełko spouses: Wawrzyniec Samełko and Julianna Samełko nee Sierzba, who was born in Gnatowo. He was survived by his wife, Eleonora nee Orłowska.
After convinced myselfabout the death of Mikołaj Samełko this act was read to the declarants and it was signed by Us and them.

After convinced myself about the death of Stanisław Madrak this act was read to the declarants, who were illiterate and it was signed by Us only.

At The Holy Baptism, held today by the priest Kazimierz Pietruszkiewicz, the child was given the name Marianna, and her godparents were Franciszek Popielarczyk and Katarzyna Popielarczyk.
This act was read to the declarant and the witnesses, who were illiterate, and it was signed by Us.

We make it known that in the presence of the witnesses, Walenty Konopka, 63 years old and Bolesław Krawczyk, 26 years old, both farmers living in Lipniki, a religious marriage was concluded on this day, between:
Walenty Rolka, a bachelor, 28 years old, a son of Walenty and Rozalia nee Polewacz, the Rolka spouses, who was born and living in Lipniki
