I really would appreciate it if someone could take a look at the copy marriage extract shown below.

I’m struggling to understand the text which comes after the following transcription which relates to the groom, Jan Bandynda.

Marriage took place on 30th May, 1844 at Babince Gorne, near to Rohatyn
House No. 14

Jan, son of Cyryl Bandynda, farmer from Babince and Anna Slusar …………….

Thank you so much for your explanation - I really appreciate your help. I'll now do a bit more digging and see if I can find out anything regarding his military service.
