Happy Easter // Joyeuses Pâques // Wesołych Świąt Wielkanocnych

Traditionaly my Mom was cooking "chalka drozdzowa", tressed Easter sweet bread, served on Sunday breakfast. But in France there is no solemn breakfast, so I had to adapt my Polish tradition to French lunch. I made two lambs with the same dough my Mom was making chalka, and will serve it tomorrow with coffee at the end of lunch.
