There is a recurring question about our tour 'How to get to the Rzeszów airport where the tour starts?' The answer for this, with a few useful tips, you will find here: http://polishorigins.com/document/rzeszow_airport .

Spring has arrived in Poland! Here you can see it in the open air museum in Sanok, one of our Galicia Tour's highlights.

You can read a short article about the museum in our website: http://polishorigins.com/document/sanok

That is the exact area of Poland that I want to tour! But I am already booked for a trip to Italy this year. Italy is where my maternal grandparents are from. I hope you will offer this tour again. I may be able to entice some of my husband's family to come along.

This is why we started our historical tour route from this area of the old Poland - Galicia. There was so big wave of emigration from the old Austrian partition of Poland at the breakthrough of 19th century and we know how many of you, descendants of these brave people, would like to learn more about their lives here at that time.

Sure, we are going to offer the Galicia Tour next year. We hope to learn a lot from this year tours to improve your experience. You may be sure we will share pictures, videos and stories from this year Galicia Tour adventures on our Blog: http://blog.polishorigins.com/ , Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/PolishOrigins and of course here, in Forum.

For the next year besides Galicia Tour, our flagship Genealogy Tours: http://polishorigins.com/document/genealogy_tours and Family & Friends Tours: http://polishorigins.com/document/family_and_friends we are planning to design at least one more historical tour to other regions of Poland. Your suggestions and proposals of which specific ares and places we should cover are welcomed Exclamation

Best Regards from Galicia where I am on short vacation with my family Smile .

Have your ancestors come from Galicia? From which village or town? Maybe during our tour you will be able to give you directions about your search... For sure we will try to bring closer to you the ambiance of this region in past years.

If you are interested in suggestions for future tours I am most interested in the Borderlands. Specifically I would like to see Lwow, Tarnopol, and Buczacz. If you ever offered a tour that included these destinations I would jump at the chance to go. My research hasn't yet led to any locations within present-day Poland.

Thank you for suggestions. At the moment we do not have the organised tour in the present day Ukraine, but you can check our Family and Friends Tours: http://polishorigins.com/document/family_and_friends
or our Genealogy Tours: http://polishorigins.com/document/genealogy_tours

We can prepare the tour specially for you, based on your individual expectations.
