Hello.
I am searching for information on my family in Poland.
My late father was Jan Siedlecki born in Brzesc in 1919.His father also named Jan was married to Anna Koczan. He had a brother called Jozef and may have had other brothers and sisters.Prior to the war his mother lived in Siemiatycze at 11Listopada No.45 Street county of Bialystok.
He was deported by the Russians in 1940.My father found his way to Scotland and joined the 1st Polish Parachute Brigade.I have been searching many years with no luck,I have tried Hoover,War records and every website so I hoping I shall have some kind of breakthrough on this site.
Kind regards,
John.
