40
Podhorce

It happened in the village of Gródek, on September 11th/21st 1905 [there is a typo error in the date: it should be September 11th/23rd or September 8th/21th], at 1.30 p.m.
We make it known that in the presence of the witnesses, Józef Drapała, 46 years old and Jan Kamieniak, 33 years old, both colonists from Podhorce, a religious marriage was concluded on this day, between:

Wojciech Lepionka, a colonist, a single man, an Austrian subject, 26 years old, who was born and lives in the colony of Podhorce, a son of Piotr and Marianna nee Kuduk, the Lepionka spouses

and

Marianna Garbula, a peasant from Podhorce, a miss, 20 years old, who was born in Majdan Górny, a daughter of Jan and Anastazja nee Romańczuk, the Garbula spouses.

This marriage was preceded by the three banns of marriage, announced in the local parish church, on: August 28th/September 10th, September 4th/17th and September 11th/24th of the current year.

The bride's parents gave their oral permission for this marriage.
The newlyweds declared they did not enter into the prenuptial agreement.
The religious marriage ceremony was performed by Us, the parish-priest.
This act was read to the witnesses and the newlyweds, who all were illiterate and it was signed by Us only.

The signature of the parish-priest.

Based on the "bans of marriage", the wedding date can be 24 September. What do you think about that Marcel?
