The Poznan Project (http://poznan-project.psnc.pl) displays 24 marriages for Haupa, 3 of them in Bialezyn:
Catholic parish in Białężyn, entry # 3 in 1855 score: Groom: 100%

Andreas Haupa (27)

Josepha Pawlak (23) father: Jacobus Pawlak, mother: Catharina Robak

Catholic parish in Białężyn, entry # 13 in 1868 score: Groom: 100%

Michael Haupa (22)

Catharina Walkowiak (19)

Catholic parish in Białężyn, entry # 4 in 1868 score: Groom: 100%

Laurentius Haupa (27)

Marianna Panowicz (20)

Geneteka shows some Hoppe in Kostrzyn (this place shows many Walkowiak, so maybe you have a connection between families here).

If she was 19, then she was born about 1849.
Maybe she is one of these:
60 1850 99 Katarzyna Walkowiak Kostrzyn
61 1846 87 Katarzyna Walkowiak Sokolniki parents vere Piotr Otocka Rozalia]

I do not understand the naming practices for Poland. What is the name after Walkowiak? Kostryzn and Sokolniki? Piotr Otocka Rozalia..is that one name? Of the father or mother or both?

Sorry for the lack of information. It goes like this:
listing number > year > number of the record > name and surname > parish
in some cases there is additional info. On the second Katarzyna the volunteer mentioned Katarzyna's parents were Piotr Walkowiak and Rozalia Otocka

Thank you for clearing that up for me. It would be nice to know if one of those is the lady we're looking for. Hopefully if I get a better copy of the birth register, it will give more information.
