Post subject: Polish church records Translation
I would like to have the parish death record of my fifth great grandfather, Wojciech Bienkowski. He died in 1831 in Pietrzyk. The parish was Skrwilno. Image is attached. Thank much.

This is the translation.
Pietrzyk no 105
It happened in Skrwilno, in the rectory, on October 17th, 1831, at 11 a.m.
Appeared Maciey Kowalski, 40 years old and Szymon Cichawski, 28 years old, both farmers, neighbors of the deceased, and they declared that on the 16th day of the current month and year, at 3 a.m. died Woyciech Bieńkoski, 65 years old, a worker, who was lived in Pietrzyk, a husband of Katarzyna Olczeska, 50 years old.
After convinced myself about the death of Woyciech Bieńkoski, this act was read to the illiterate and it was signed by Us.
