Hi Nathan,
I don't have time for a complete translation until the end of the week. These are the most important:

Date of Marriage: October 10th, 1843
Town of Marriage: Białystok parish Wniebowzięcia NMP
Groom: Aleksander Budziszewski, a single man, 22 years old, son of Jan and Katarzyna Budziszewski
Bride: Eufrozyna Dąbrowska, a miss, 17 years old, from Białystok, a daughter of Wawrzyniec and Felicja Dąbrowski
The banns of marriage dates: September 26th, October 3rd, October 10th
Witnesses: Walicki and Józef Jabłoński
Priest who was celebrating the marriage ceremony: Tupalski
