It happened in the town of Radom, on December 22nd, 1871/January 3rd, 1872, at 9 a.m.
Appeared B???? Flamenbaum, a soldier on indefinite leave, 34 years old and Mosiek Finkelsztajn, a gravedigger, 68 years old, both from the town on Radom and they informed that on December 20th/January 1st of the current year, at 7 a.m., died Maria Ruchla Oracz, 50 years old, who lived in the town of Radom at Starokrakowska street in the house of Zastawa [I guess Zastawa was the name of the house owner], she was survived by her husband, an industrialist, Szyja Oracz, 54 years old.
After convinced myself about the death of Maria Ruchla Oracz this act was read to the present and it was signed by Us.
The signature of the Radom town mayor, serving as Civil Registrart.
