It happened in the town of Wodzisław, on September 23rd, 1841, at 3 p.m.
Appeared:
a jew, Jakub Oraczewski, a feldsher, a divorcee , living in the town of Szczekociny, 31 years old, a son of the already late Henoch and the living Mindla, the Oraczewski spouses from the town of Szczekociny
and
a jew, Hanna Bernblum, a widow, 36 years old, living in WOdzisław, a daughter of the already late spouses: Jakub Sobkowski and Ruchla Sobkowska, living at her family,
in the presence of the witnesses, Haium Hersz Bara...[can't read the surname], a synafgogue sexton, 35 years old and Majer Bezucberg, a laborer, 58 years old, both living in Wodzisław, and declared that:
on this day a religious marriage was concluded between:
Jakub Oraczewski a fn Hanna, a widow,
and that the marriage was preceded by the three banns of marriage, announced on September 4th, 11th and 18th of the current year in the synagogue in Wodzisław.
No permission for this marriage was required because the newlyweds were adult in terms of the law.
There were no objections for this marriage.
The newlyweds declared they did not enter into any prenuptial agreement.
This act was read to the newlyweds and the witnesses and it was signed by Józef Heller, a rabii and the witnesses and the newlyweds.
