Post subject: Antoni Koszewski 1910 Ship Manifest Line 6
On this 1910 ship manifest, I am trying to determine the details on line 6, Antoni Koszewski. I know his father is Ignacy Koszewski, but I can't make out if the line, mother, is for Antoni or the next person. Ignacy remarried a Katazyna Cieloszczyk in Sept. of 1890 and Antoni was born in Feb. of 1890. What is the name of the mother?

Hi,
The name of the mother is given for the fifth passenger on the list and for the seventh passenger on the list. The response for your Antoni was to give his father's name, Ignacy Koszewski. The record keepers were looking for one contact person in the country from which the immigrant came.
Are you able to read the entries for him, in the other columns, or would you like help with those?
You probably already know this, but I will just mention that you have posted here the first page of a two-page manifest.
Best regards,
Sophia

Hi Trish,
Great work, as usual!
There are a few points where I would modify what the transcriber wrote from this manifest. The place of residence in "the old country" was Leman. The person Antoni was going to in Cambridge was probably Marek Staniszewski, rather than Mosch.
Best regards,
Sophia
