In reviewing and editing my files, I discovered this "gem"; it is I believe the death record of Marianna nee Arcizewska wife
of my 5 times grandfather Sylwester Samelka(o). Unfortunetly I failed to record where I found this and this is my only copy.
I hope you can translate this and maybe find a source. Thanks in adcance for any help you can provide.

Translation: Top: Ławsk
Body of Entry: On the same day and month (19 May) the industrious* Maryanna, the consort/wife of the industrious* Sylwester Samelka, having** 45 years more or less; she was buried in the cemetery.

Notes: *laboriosus/industrious was an adjective used to describe an individual as a peasant.

**habens/having is a literal translation into Latin of the Polish age idiom.
