.............a son of Józef, 54 years old, obcy [polish word that can be translated in many ways: I think the word "unrelated" would be the best choice], a catholic, an official of the City Hall, with the consent of the parties without taking an oath, who was warned about the penalty for giving false testimony; he testified:
I know personally Milka Janklewicz and Sura Oracz, and recognise them as the daughters of Nuchym Janklewicz, the owner of the real estate located at Piłsudskiego street at number 20B.
I made this testimony by myself and it was presented to me on two pages. It was read and accepted.

Appeared the witness, Andrzej Gajek, a son of Jakub, 52 years old, unrelated, a catholic, with the consent of the parties without taking an oath, who was warned about the penalty for giving the false testimony, and he testified:

I have known the petitioners personally since 1928, and I recognise them as the daughters of Nuchym Janklewicz. I have been Janklewicz's neighbour since 1928. I also known that Janklewicz.........
