Hello everyone,
My great-great-grandfather's name was John Muzyk. I have found a ship manifest record for him saying his town was "Podleski Wielki, Galicia". Additionally, his WWI draft card stated his town was Pottliskie, Austria. Every time I try to look up the town it takes me to Podlaskie Voivodeship, which is not in Galicia. I've attached the documents below.

There is a village Podliski Wielkie in the territory of present-day Ukraine. It belonged to so called Galicja region. It belonged to the romancatholic parish in Jaryczów Nowy. There was also uniate parish there located in Podliski Wielkie.
Jaryczów Nowy parish records are available on Familysearch site.
