Hi can anyone tell me if it was possible to get a divorce in Poland in 1948? I've tried to look it up on the internet but can't find anything before 1964.

See this is an old post, but I can answer that question. It was quite possible to get a divorce as I know my father was divorced around that period. I have the paper work which proves it was carried out.
