Post subject: Death Records/Certicates WWII
Please could anyone tell me whether they have managed to get copies of any in depth records/certificates of any relatives that died/killed in WW2 but is not part of any mainstream Military records.
I believe the person in question was a Partisan, however i am not sure with which organisation he was affiliated with as in October 1941, there was only the beginnings of of the Bataliony Chłopskie, ZWZ and an at the time independent group called Jędrusie. Im wondering if anyone has better info as to if this was the case that there death record would be kept out of the parish certificates due to sensitivity and transferred to some Resistance records institutes.
