Hi,
I tried my best to translate this pre-wedding announcement. The text is written with many abbreviations, and I couldn't manage them all.

Groom: Andrzej Pasternak, a widower, 40 years old, who was born on December 8th, 1864, a son of Jan Pasternak and Maria Klebasz from Oparówka, living in Oparówka in house no. 90.

Bride: Katarzyna Woźniak, a miss, a daughter of Paweł Woźniak and Maria nee Diub from Pietrusza Wola, who was born in Pietrusza Wola, living in Pietrusza Wola in house no.142.

Date of three marriage bans: February 7th, 12th and 14th.

Wedding date: February 14th.

No, not in the attached record, but she was born in 1876. Look at this:

Here, the mother's maiden name is Diug, but it is Katarzyna you are looking for.

Dates of pre-wedding announcements: 7/2, 12/2, 19/2

Additional notes: They got married on 19.02.1904 in Rzepnik.
