I translated a Polish document about a property; it says as follows: "According to the Land and Mortgage Register of the Strzyżów cadastral commune, the ownership of the real estate is entered under No. 22 in Strzyżów, located in the lwk 145 mortgage register"

LWK is often mentioned in this document, and I wonder what it stands for; it looks like an abbreviation.

1) Construction plot cadastral number 118 No. 22 in space 179
2) Residential house under No. 22 on the plot of land cadastral No. 118 standing half-brick and half-wood, covered with shingles.
This house consists of a shop and a room to the right of the entrance, and a shop with a room on the left, and a hall from the yard
