It happened in the town of Szydłowiec, on May 14th/26th, 1846.
Appeared a jew, Herszek Jakubowicz, 35 years old, a servant in the town of Szydłowiec, in the presence of the witnesses, Nojech Sztokman and Abram Szulidyner, both living in the town of Szydłowiec and presented Us a newborn female child, who was born on May 1st of the current year to his wife, Łaja, 32 years old. The child was given the names Ruchla Blima.
This act was read to the present and it was signed by tchem.
