It happened in the town of Szydłowiec, on February 16th/28th, 1847.
Appeared a jew, Zelik Jakubowicz, a tenant, living in the village of Klonów, 32 years old, in the presence of Herszek Fux and Nuta Kaciał, both living in the town of Szydłowiec and presented Us a newborn male child, who was born in the village of Klonów on January 1st/13th of the current year, at 2 p.m., to his legal wife, Ryfka nee ???Mniciska??? 36 years old.
The child was given the name Fiszel.
This act was read to the declarants and it was signed by tchem.
