I ordered her marriage record that took place in Raszewo [https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raszewo_(Ostrowite_Prymasowskie)] October 21, 1810 https://www.wikitree.com/photo.php/3/39/Kaniasty-4.jpg) awhile back and I have a transcript of her birth record detailed below:
Micr. 008019080 Image 499 of 866, page 13
"Goscieszyn, Dlugi Dol Infant baptized: Catharina Date: 22nd November 1787 Father: Jacobus (Jakub), no surname, Famatorum = a craftsmen Mother: Anastasia"

Hi,
Could you please explain better what kind of help you need? If you know that the records you are looking for cannot be found online, then the only option is to send an order to the archive.

She was baptized November 22, 1787 in Gościeszyn. I have tried contacting the Archdiocesan Archive in Gniezno, but I don't know Polish. They want people to go through the “Past & Future” company (https://sites.google.com/view/pastandfuture/Main-English).

*Edit: Attached the baptismal record of my ancestor.

Ok. So you are looking for a birth record for your 4th great-grandmother.
This birth record can be found here:
Micr. 008019080 Image 499 of 866, page 13
"Goscieszyn, Dlugi Dol Infant baptized: Catharina Date: 22nd November 1787 Father: Jacobus (Jakub), no surname, Famatorum = a craftsmen Mother: Anastasia"
Although her last name is not listed, the father's, mother's names are correct, and the estimated year of birth also matches.

What parish is this birth record from? I can't find microfilm no. 008019080.

I found the microfilm. It has the number 2288856. You have listed the DGS number. Unfortunately this is not available on Family Search. You can try to order this from the archive.

I don't know what the email is I would contact. Also, I don't know how to communicate in Polish. I would have to write them in English and use Google Translate and then copy and insert into the email. My understanding is that the “Past & Future” company (https://sites.google.com/view/pastandfuture/Main-English) handles all requests and that the archive doesn't. It would be quite easy for them though, as I already know the exact date of baptism and Parish.

That's what was provided to me by the person that did the lookup request from FamilySearch when the baptism was located, and extract provided. They said they searched a year range (that I don't recall) but that was it.

Do you know if an orginal parish census of the Ostrowite Prymasowskie year 1809 exists online? It has two of my direct ancestors enumerated on it see the attachment. Mayher (Majcher/Melchior) Kaniasty and Jakub Głowacki.

See the Illinois, Chicago, Catholic Church Records, 1833-1925 where Urszula Skowrońska née Kaniasta's death, funeral, and burial is recorded (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:S3HT-6XPS-KW7?i=127&cc=1452409) where it mentions her parents and a daughter who she was residing with in Chicago at the time of her death.

Hi,
Unfortunately I couldn't find any census online. You share a document with us. Can't you ask the person you got it from?
