I would say it reads Jedrzej Szczepanek . 'Jedrzej' is a variation, or maybe rather an old form, of Polish first name 'Andrzej' (English 'Andrew').

Margaret Kondrasuk, born 04 Jun 1912 Gilman, Wisconsin, died 30 May 1935 at age 22. Parents: Lukas Kondrasuk, wife Mary Krupakalis.

If Jedrzej/Andrew Szczepanek was a cousin as indicated in the passenger record, he was the son of either one of Lukasz Kondrasuk's or Mary Krupa[b]kalis' siblings. It may be a long way, but in order to find out how the families are connected you may have to try to go back one or two generations. Good luck in your research.

It is:
Jędrzej Szczepanek

Polish first name of Greek origin. Present not only in old records - I happen to know one Jędrzej 20 years old.

See http://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/J%C4%99drzej

Best,
Elzbieta
