Here http://uht.org.ua/ua/part/genealogija/article;124/ Kryczylsk/Krychylsk is not listed unfortunately. I advice to send an e-mail to National Ukraine Archives and ask if records are available, here is contact info http://www.archives.gov.ua/Eng/Archives/ra03.php and http://volyn.archives.gov.ua/davo/en/davo.php >>> Wołyń Region. There is good chance that after paying for doing queries and stamps cost, you will get post mail with records.

Try to send an e-mail translated to ukrainian language, this really might help. Write an email only with most important information concerning people which you want to get a record. You may ask on some ukrainian forum for translation or even ask for visit archive.

I have a friend Ukrainian who can help me with the translation, I'll send the email again in Ukrainian.
Do you think that a phone-call can help expedite the search?
I ask because I have a bit of a hurry to get these documents.
Know some Ukrainian forum?

Yes, You can phone call.
I don't speak ukrainian, so finding right forum is hard for me. I can get only luck with google search.
