Hello cbrown,

1 resource you can try is the Mormon Church microfilm archives.
https://familysearch.org/search/catalog/results#count=20&placeId=69560&query=%2Bplace%3A%22Poland%2C%20Pozna%C5%84%2C%20Skulsk%20(Konin)%22&subjectsOpen=570055-50,577157-50

I see they have the Catholic church records (birth, death, wedding) for the town of Skulsk for years 1808 - 1881. There are 6 rolls of film (752874 - 752874), so you need to decide which years you want to look at, and order the correct film number.
Here is the URL: https://familysearch.org/search/catalog/182644#?availability=Family%20History%20Library

I also see they have another set of Catholic church records here for years 1726 - 1852 (1 microfilm roll): https://familysearch.org/search/catalog/1044806#?availability=Family%20History%20Library

I also see they have the Jewish records for years 1827 - 1865 (1 microfilm roll) here: https://familysearch.org/search/catalog/201348#?availability=Family%20History%20Library

If you are not familiar with this resource, then go to this URL: https://familysearch.org/locations/centerlocator
At the TOP (in the big query/search box) enter the name of your city or state or province, and it will tell you where the nearest Family History Center is located so you can visit the center to use their Microfilm machines to view the microfilm rolls, and begin looking for "OSINSKI" in the birth and death records, etc.

It takes hours to view the films for "OSINSKI" but you might find their names. It helps if you know date-ranges of the people you are seeking, to narrow down which pages of the microfilms you want to order/view.

Use the online marriage data from this site to narrow down your search. Osiński is a very common name, so you need to search the site using first names as well, starting with the most common.
Osinski is used a lot less
