I am seeking translation for the attached document. I tried translating myself but not sure I have it correct. I have the name of my 5 great grandfather as Ferdidnand Brack and his wife was Zussana Zagiewska. This document may say Ferdinand's father was Stanislaw and his mother was Josefa. I wouild like an accurate translation please. The information comes from Geneteka genealogy for birth of Michael Brack #38

I see that it lists Edward's parents as Ferdinand Brack and Zuzanna Zagiewka, and they were living in Stawiski (in today's woj. Podlaskie). I don't actually see Ferdinand's parents named here but I will leave the accurate translating to others. I am replying mostly to ask you, did you have a document for the birth of Michael that you had meant to post instead?
