I am looking for help in locating the birth/baptismal record of Clement (Clemens) Wojciechowski in Turbia, Poland/Austria(1885) on June 26th, 1885.

On an Ancestry.com message board it states that St. Leonard's is the only Catholic church in Turbia, Poland however I can't locate any information regarding baptismal records for that church. Does anyone know of any other Catholic churches in Turbia?

Can anyone guide me as to the next steps to request these records?

Not sure if it is the State Archives in Kielce (Sandomierz branch) or in Krakow that holds records for Turbia.

Hello bisgaard,

4th Line from the bottom it says something about how during 1791 the current (wooden) chuch was built.

Maybe someone here can read the Polish and help you find more parish information, or near by parish/towns to search?
