Hello from Australia,
I have attempted to translate the birth certificate of my grandfather, Krzysztof Lukasik, but am unable to get further. I can tell father's name is Franciszek Lukasik and mother is Stanislawa Grynkiewicz Moczulska and that Franciszek was living in Ulica Kwiatowa, Mokotow. But I am stuck here. Can someone please help me?
Kind regards, Michelle

It happened in Warsaw, in the St. Michael parish office, on March 29th, 1919, at 7 p.m.
Appeared Franciszek Łukasik, a policeman, 29 years old, living in Warsaw on Kwiatowa street at numer 3, in the presence of Stanisław Kowalski, a daylaborer and Piotr Grossman, a farmer, both of age, both living in Warsaw and presented Us a newborn male child, who was born in his apartment on the 16th day of the current month, at 4 p.m. to his legal wife, Stanisława nee Grynkiewicz-Moczulska, 19 years old.
At The Holy Baptism, held today, the child was given the name Krzysztof and his godparents were Stanisław Kowelski and Katarzyna Piotrowska.
This act was delayed due to the father's work and it was read to the declarant and the witnesses and it was signed by Us only.
