His nationality was Polish and his country listed on the Ship Manifest was Russia , city looked like or appeared to be Lancuski or similar to it . He was born sometime in 1872. I was wondering if he was the son of Ignacy Wilantewicz and might have come from the General area of Pomiechowo? Or from a brother of Ignacy? There was also another son of Ignacy that went by the name of Benjamin born in 1884 died in the US in 1934 and was a baker by trade and I know he was an uncle but I can't locate the connection or birth to Ignacy --or any record of him . |
