I was wondering if at your earliest convenience you would be able to translate the following document:

It is the Birth record of Eugeniusz Jacobiak Parents: Antoni and Feodosia Jakobiak (Jakubiak)

It happened in the village of Krasne, on March 12th/25th, 1904, at 1 p.m.
Appeared personally Antoni Jakobiak, a servant from the village of Augustowo, 25 years old, in the presence of Ignacy Szczyglak, 30 years old and Stanisław Wyszomirski, 40 years old, servants from the village of Augustowo and presented Us a newborn male child, informing that the child was born in the village od Augustowo on February 29th/March 13th of the current year, at 12 o'clock at night, to his legal wife, Teodozja nee Górajczyk, 20 years old.
At The Holy Baptism, held today by the vicar priest Władysław Kołakowski, the child was given the name Eugeniusz and his godparents were Karol Lubiński and his wife, Anna.
This act was delayed due to the father's illnes.
It was read to the declarant and the witnesses, who were all illiterate and it was signed by Us only.

The administrator of the parish of Krasne, serving as Civil Registrar, priest Nowakowski.
