Please may someone translate the details for me?
Ecole Elementaire, Bruay Thiers (he was born Poland but at school in France)
Then the Scola Zxxxxxxxx???? in Anzin France
1936, Electro technician and Radio mechanic
and then the two separate lines in third column.....?

It is in Polish, only school names are in French (in France).

Ecole Elementaire Bruay (exactly: Bruay-sur-l'Escaut) Thiers (mine sector, see https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fosse_Thiers)
Swiadectwo ukonczenia 1924-1931 // Certificate of the elementary school

"Scola zawodowa" should be Szkola Zawodowa, in Anzin. Elektrotechnika, Radiotechnika.
Swiadectwo ukonczenia 1931-1936 // Certificate of that professional school
Elektrotechnika, Radiotechnika - electrotechnics, radio communication.

Anzin is 2-3 km from Bruay, part of big city Valenciennes (near border with Belgium).
Szkola Zawodowa, school preparing for a profession, such as above.
