Post subject: BOJANOWO ~Milka and Slawek
I am looking for a couple in their 50s/60s who are well-known in their little town of Bojanowo near Leszno.
I do have have the surname!
Milka is a tailor and Slawek is a schoolteacher.
They have a daughter called Nikoletta who must be about 40.
Just on the off-chance that someone knows them!

Hi Marcelproust!
I don't have a surname for them so both of these options are impossible, sorry!
They used to live in the old schoolhouse in Bojanowa. I stayed with them there a few times.
I'd love to find them again.

Yes her family all called her Milka. It must be short for something else... Milena, or Emilia, or Mieczyslawa, perhaps? Or a name beginning with MIL....?

maybe Ludmiła or Mirosława. I was searching through Bojanowo schools websites but i didnt find any information about teacher named Sławomir....

i think this is a small town so everyone know them. I mean teacher and his wife who is a tailor... and their daughter has a very specific name, unique so this could be a tip. I think the best way to find them is to call to one of the schools from Bojanowo and ask if someone could help to recognize those people

well, if it is Szkolna street all i have to do is to find phone book of bojanowo and search for somebody in this street, wait a minute

It was many years ago, I expect they would move to another house. I just hoped that someone would recognise them, especially that girl called Nikoletta. Very unusual name for Poland.
