Dear Friends,
I am OK, my children too, thanks to all who posted me an email.
Yestarday 13 Nov 2015, after 22:00 (10 pm), we have been watching with my husband, mostly through Internet, much faster than TV. Once the presidency declared state of emergency, all French TV-live stopped, to not give any details to enemies.
We stayed awake until it was over at Bataclan concert theater (where 1500 people were enjoying an evening), a little before 2 am in Paris.
There is a big solidarity - people were asked to open doors and take on board those in Paris unable to move (no metro), and they did, with twitter hashtags in French, English, German, etc.
The number of reported killed is 128 as I write it.
Paris is closed today, 14 Nov, the only open services are Civil Record Registries and celebration of weddings. The list of closed services is long: schools, museums, libraries, all sport’s facilities, food markets (marchés), etc.

Elzbieta,
My first thought when I learned about the attacks in Paris was you. So happy that you and your family are safe.
