It happened in Rajsko, on September 5th/17th, 1876, at 4 p.m.

Appeared personally Józef Mazur, a farmer, 24 years old, living in Krowica Pusta, in the presence of the witnesses: Kajetan Mazur, 34 years old and Andrzej Domagała, 40 years old, both farmers living in Krowica Pusta and presented Us a newborn male child, informing that the child was born on this day in Krowica Pusta, at 9 a.m. to his legal wife, Marianna nee Klimczak, 22 years old.

At The Holy Baptism, held today, the child was given the name Michał and his godparents were Szymon Pietrucha and Marianna Lewandoska.
